BOSA Contracts have always demonstrated a high commitment to our Health and Safety responsibilities. Overall responsibly for the companies Health & Safety is managed by Director Richard Snow, who is trained to NEBOSH standards and is a member of IOSH.

BOSA are fully committed to providing continuous improvements to our policy and procedures and regularly update training programs which instill professionalism, responsibility and attention to detail in all our staff.

All BOSA Supervisors are trained to a minimum of SSSTS standards and carry current training certificates in First Aid, Environmental, PASMA, IPAF and many more.

All BOSA operatives carry current CSCS cards and have been face fitted. As a minimum all operatives are also trained in Abrasive Wheels, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness and Working At Height.

A bespoke digital site safety file, which includes site-specific RAMS, COSHH Assessments, Training, Inspections and Toolbox talks is provided for each project.

Both management and director levels conduct routine site inspections to make sure standards are always upheld. Bosa’s safe work practices have earned us accreditation from Constructionline, SafeContractor & CHAS.

BOSA acknowledges its responsibilities and participation in environmental matters. We continuously work to lower our carbon footprint both on-site and within our company premises through ongoing improvements and objectives outlined in our environmental policy.
