Sika Balcony 20 System installed to a leaking podium deck at Leeds University. This system was applied under the flooring slabs to this outdoor podium deck. Bosa were called in to stop the rain water ingress which had previously been leaking through the gap between the flooring slabs, and into their internal corridors below. Waterproof deck systems provide a barrier to stop future leaks.
