Since 1995, BOSA Contracts Ltd has earned themselves a reputation as a highly respectable specialist contractor within the construction & civil engineering industry. From our Yorkshire based Head Office, we have the expertise and experience to deliver projects nationally to the highest standards, working as either main contractor for councils and universities, or as sub-contractor working with the UK’s leading organisations.

The last decades have seen major changes within the construction industry, from new building technologies and collaborative working to new attitudes towards Health Safety & Environmental matters. At the same time new technology developed by materials manufacturers has led to new working methods, offering greater standards and performance.

BOSA has always been an innovative company, and has embraced these changes, adapting and evolving to the needs of our customers. This is reflected in the diverse range of services we offer and projects we have successfully completed.

BOSA use the latest engineering techniques as well as more traditional methods to undertake a broad range of specialist services including: Concrete Repair & Coatings to buildings and structures, Structural Waterproofing, Façade Restoration, Car Park Refurbishment, Specialist Grouting and Pressure Pointing. We also carry out Abseiling Surveys & Buildings defect inspections.

Accredited by Constructionline, CHAS, Basement Waterproofing Association and the Federation of Master Builders, along with key manufacturers such as SIKA, Natural Cement, Fosroc, Flexcrete, Mapei, RIW, Tremco and many others. We can deliver your projects to the highest standards in quality & safety.
