As a Sika 1 Registered contractor Bosa Contracts are fully trained and accredited in the Sika 1 Tanking system, and are available to offer the Sika 10 Year Warranty. All Sika Tanking projects are overseen by our dedicated Waterproofing Manager, to ensure that projects are carried out to the highest standards.
The Sika system offers a key benefit over cavity systems, in that it requires no ongoing maintenance once applied, reducing lifetime costs.
