SIKA waterproof system applied to new build property in Harrogate.
Sika waterproofing works being carried out at this new build property in Harrogate. Sika waterproof membranes were applied to the basement floor and external walls of this structure to provide a damp free environment. This Sika system comes complete with a 20 year warranty.

Dundas House Project Update
Below are pictures showing the progress made so far on Dundas House in Middlesbrough. Bosa were contracted to carry out extensive works on this City Center office building. Stone Repairs
Stone Work Repairs Carried out to the Danish Buildings in Hull’s Old Town. In time the new stone will weather in and blend in with the old. Repairs carried out to entrance door frame, window sills and pillars.
Middleton Grange Sika Waterproofing

Dock Tower Restoration Complete
Now the final stages of the Grade 2 listed Grimsby Dock Tower – Phase 2 are complete its time to bring down the mast climbers. Following extensive restoration workings including brick replacement and brick re-pointing.
