Below are pictures showing the progress made so far on Dundas House in Middlesbrough. Bosa were contracted to carry out extensive works on this City Center office building. Works included: DOFF CLEANING MASTIC JOINT REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT BREAKOUT AND REPAIR OF DEFECTIVE CONCRETE RENDER REPAIRS APPLICATION OF SIKA COATINGS

Stone Work Repairs Carried out to the Danish Buildings in Hull’s Old Town. In time the new stone will weather in and blend in with the old. Repairs carried out to entrance door frame, window sills and pillars.  

Major repair works in progress at Middleton Grange Shopping Centre in Hartlepool. Scope of works include: Installation of waterproof coatings Removal of old brickwork Removal and replacement of paving Re-build walls

Bosa Contracts are proud to have secured the Dundas House refurbishment project starting soon. Works to include: Concrete Repairs Mastic Replacement Anti-carbonation Coatings

Now the final stages of the Grade 2 listed Grimsby Dock Tower – Phase 2 are complete its time to bring down the mast climbers. Following extensive restoration workings including brick replacement and brick re-pointing.
